Great service/product at an affordable price

All good. One issue was the cardboard envelope was not rain proof and I was lucky to rescue the photos on a very wet day.

Booked my photos online while waiting in line to have my photo taken, the app quick and easy to use. Staff were extremely friendly, helpful in suggesting poses and patient. Even thought there was a lot of people waiting in line they never rushed anyone and took their time with each graduate.

Great experience, there was problems with the website so I could not orded the photos online myself. Your customer care team were extremely helpful and got my order sorted for me. Thank you.

I thought the quality of the photo would have been a tiny bit better . Also I understand the price needs to reflect the pay for the photographer etc however they are very overpriced . especially the way you have to pay extra for a digital download, that should automatically come free with the purchase of a picture .

The lady taking my photo was so so nice so fixed my hair for me and my cap and took so many photos for me to chose from I really appreciated it.

Overall I am satisfied with the photographs but he background image of the college grounds that was used appears to be of very low quality, especially when the photography price is considered.
