Extremely satisfied with the photographs received, the experience on the day was brilliant and the photographer was very professional and helpful. A better experience than I anticipated given the volume of graduates/families being photographed on the day. Online ordering process was easy and clear, really appreciated the add on options. The editing of the photos was excellently done and brought out the best in everyone. Would definitely recommend and consider booking again for future shots. One to note, on the day it might be helpful to create a 'fast track' for prepaid customers. By booking online in advance I assumed this was part of the allure of booking online, which was my mistake, but potentially something worth considering. Overall the experience was positive. I did thing that the selecting of the package online was difficult, as I wanted 1 photo in my own and then 1 with my family. I called up in the day if the graduation and the staff explained which package I should select, but I think it would be better for the customer to select themselves. Overall, happy with the product and staff assisting during photo takes. Small issue with the advice on the family photo, but this could be caused by the late take of the photos itself. One of the family members could be advised on the better posture while sitting as she looks hunched over, and unfortunately, is noticeable in the photos. Furthermore, additional charges for photoshop work are quite high as the photos' prices aren't low either.
