I was delighted with my experience and thought everyone I dealt with was professional and the quality of photographs was top class. Thanks to everyone at Lafayette.

Very efficient and professional, thank you!

Highly recommend Lafayette very professional and the photographer we had on the day was amazing so friendly and made the session run very smoothly

The process of booking the photos for my graduation was quite straight forward. The Cameraman on the day was friendly and professional and the photos are good quality.

Very professional and the pictures were great quality

Very impressed. Really easy experience and very happy with my photos. Thanks

It was amazing, very pleased

I’m very happy with my photos. Ordering online was easy and everyone was very helpful on the day.

Great service with lovely staff, so helpful and kind. Especially loved being able to buy my photograph from the certificate presentation. Thanks so much.

Excellent, friendly and helpful staff. Very nice experience all round.

I lost the slip from the school, I was able to contact Lafayette and it was very easy to retrieve the photos .

Easy straight forward process, made accessible because of the staff

The photographer was excellent. (I forgot what her name was sorry! She had dark hair and was in UCD on 2nd Sept) She put everyone at ease and I now have some lovely family photographs from the occasion. Abigail on the customer service team was also excellent and extremely helpful. Overall very very positive experience!

A great service - i think allocating time slots for the photos to be taken would work better as we the queue was so long before our ceremony we had to come back after - most people arrived around the same time.

loved it all

Very good

Excellent service, just the delivery by on post was not satisfactory as the photos were left at the gate of my house in the rain, luckily I was home early so the photos were not damaged, it might be advisable to place them in a waterproof package going forward. Thank you

Admin staff and photographer were both great on the day -friendly, professional and put everyone at ease.

The man that was taking my photos was so kind and funny , and really respectful when giving poses and suggestions

Very helpful on the phone

Seamless from start to finish

Very Easy to order, great quality. Fast delivery. Good memory

Super professional team both in the ATU & when I phoned your customer service team

Photos are perfect! Thank You

I’m Rory’s mum and we lost the graduation pictures during a move. I was so so delighted to realise that I could re order after all this time and I’m thrilled to have his pictures replaced and very pleased with the prompt efficient service.

Despite my delay in ordering our photos the staff were more than helpful guiding me through the process and the delivery was very fast. I regret not getting a larger package to include a family photo. I will be doing this the next time. Thank you again.

Worth the price
