Lovely to deal with and top class finish

Very disappointed with my graduation pictures. Asked the photographer to avoid showing tan on my wrists.. Photographer complimented me on following his direction. On seeing the pictures, these areas seemed to be highlighted by the angling of my hands, which was highly upsetting. I also asked at the start of pictures session to not wear the cap as I'd need to fix it. However during the session the cap was plonked on my head (by photographer) and I felt I needed to just get on with it. Unhappy with how the family pictures turned out, as I feel bad direction was given and the placement of people is uneven. The photographer was pleasant, however the pictures were not to standard for the money paid. However, when contacting Lafayette 5 yrs later to get my graduation pictures they were very helpful and the pictures were sent very quickly. It's unfortunate that these pictures are still upsetting to look at. I only followed up on them because they were prepaid and my parents wanted them.

I forgot about purchasing a graduation photo from 2018, emailed Lafayette during covid 2020 when I remembered about it and instantly they replied with the link and my photos still saved on file. Very efficient, accomodating and reliable. Thank you

I graduated back in 2017 but was living in Australia until recently. I had paid for the pictures on my graduation day but didn’t get around to ordering them. I was thrilled they were still available. Only problem I had was that all the pictures were so nice it was difficult to pick which ones to go for. Great service and fab quality prints. Thanks

Photographer took very poor group photo on the day. When I spoke to Gwen she completely agreed that it was a very poor photo. She said I could have one of our own photos developed in its place. I sent one in but it wasn't developed 10x8 but medium size instead. We have no good group photo to display as a result. On the day I asked the photographer if I could see the photos he had taken but he said he couldn't as too busy with so many students. There was no one waiting at the time as we were there an hour before the graduation.

Everyone was so helpful on the day and afterwards when I needed assistance in choosing frames etc.

Good experience, I will be back.

I ordered and paid for these before my graduation and was very happy on the day with the set up and their professional approach. I then waited so long myself to choose the pictures I really thought I'd left it far too late to get them, but it was so straight forward and they arrived a week later. Thanks so much

The photographer was lovely, really nice man, made everyone laugh, so the pictures turned out really well. The staff at Lafayette were great to deal with. The quality of the photographs was brilliant. Even came with little stands on the surround. I've never seen that before! Experience and quality was worth every penny.

The service was very fast and the delivery was very smooth even giving the hour it would arrive(and it arrived on time) and very helpful, but I didn’t like the either of the 2 backgrounds that were offered on the day of the graduation. The Trinity picture didn’t look like Trinity and the plain background was a bit dull.

Our son Robert graduated in February 2015 we got Lafayette to take his photographs just like we did for our other son John years earlier.Robert went away and l left collecting his photographs on the long finger but l did have plenty of photos of the graduation in fact four years later of our sheer embarrassment l rang Lafayette got on to a lovely girl called Allison l told her Robert was returning home and was it possible they could still have our photographs without hesitation she s a of course l was shocked she even insisted on posting them out THAT'S what l all customers service

As i only collected photos from 2yrs ago I was delighted to be able to do that and they were great. I was a little disconcerted to see my phone number on the address label I wonder is that necessary ?
